Your appointment is very important to Xtend Studio.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

*The 48 hour window ends 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

*Less than 48 hour notice of the 2 hour window will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. If you do not have a card on file you will be required to pay the 50% cancellation fee prior to booking another appt.

“NO CALLS/NO SHOWS” and anyone that cancels within 2 hours of their scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may be required to have their appointment shortened in order to accommodate their stylist’s/esthetician’s schedule. Client might even be required to reschedule if shortening the appointment is not possible.

This allows us the time to inform our waitlist clients of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
