*Service Refund Policy: Xtend Studio does not issue refunds. At the same time Xtend Studio and each stylist at Xtend strives for 100% satisfaction. We know that doing great hair and having a great experience is the key to happiness and success. If the result of the service is different then what was discussed in consultation please notify your stylist within 7 days of the appointment. Xtend Studio has the right to consult first and discuss with client about the appointment. If the client wants additional services that weren’t discussed in the initial consultation then this would be an additional appointment and may come with additional fees.

*Hair Extension Refund Policy: Xtend Studio does not issue refunds on deposits that are used to order extensions. The deposit is used for the hair cost ONLY. Once the deposit is sent in the hair is automatically ordered. This policy is in place to keep cancellations to a minimum. Which in turn keeps the most current available appointments open to future and current clients.
